We are not a government office
We have no connection or partnership with the Ministry of Labour and Social Security, the migration authority or any other government body, and no authority to act on their behalf. The Ministry decides on work permits. Names of authorities are used on this site for information only; we don't use their logos or visual identity.
Limits of our service
- We don't provide legal advice, representation or litigation; under Turkish law these are reserved for lawyers.
- We don't provide job placement or recruitment.
- We can't guarantee that a permit will be granted; the decision lies with the Ministry.
- We don't assist with applications based on false information or documents.
- We don't ask for your e-Devlet or e-signature passwords; the application is submitted with the workplace's authorised user's own e-signature.
Information on this site
The information on this site is general and does not replace an assessment of your personal situation. We give official rules with their source and the date we last checked them; because the rules change often, please check the current version before applying. If you spot an error, we'd be grateful if you let us know.
Fees
