How it works
From your first message to the steps after approval
Our process is built on making clear, from the start, who does what at each stage of the official procedure. Below you'll find our steps and the key deadlines in the Ministry's process.
Working with us
Every file is different; this sequence applies to most applications.
- 1
First conversation
Phone or WhatsAppWe listen to your situation: where you are, your residence status, your employer and the job you're planning. We sketch an initial route and tell you what information we need.
- 2
Assessment
UsWe check the application route, the permit type and whether the employer meets the criteria. We tell you plainly where we see risks, and if we think an application isn't advisable, we say so.
- 3
Scope and fee
In writingWe confirm in writing what we'll take on and our consultancy fee. Official fees are separate and are paid directly to the state.
- 4
Documents
You, your employer and usWe prepare a document list for you and your employer. If translation, notarisation or an apostille is needed, we explain where to get it and review the documents before submission.
- 5
Application and follow-up
Employer and usWe support you in preparing a complete e-İzin application; the employer's authorised person submits it with their own e-signature. We follow up on additional document requests and the decision.
- 6
After approval
You and your employerWe plan the next steps: fee payment, visa and entry, address registration, social security notification and the extension timeline.

Our principles
Clear information
We share official rules with their source and the date we checked them.
Realistic expectations
We don't guarantee outcomes; the Ministry decides.
The right referral
Where legal representation is needed, we recommend consulting a lawyer.
Care with personal data
We use your documents only for the service. We don't ask for your e-Devlet or e-signature passwords; they should stay with you.
The first step is a short message
Describe your situation in a few lines, and we'll tell you which route fits and what's needed.
Every day 09:00–19:00 · Türkiye time
We are an independent consultancy, not a government office. Work permit decisions are made by the Turkish Ministry of Labour and Social Security.
