When you visit the site, our server keeps standard access logs for security and technical operation: IP address, date and time, requested page, browser information and referring address. These logs are kept for 90 days and then deleted. We use them only to produce aggregate visitor statistics, in which IP addresses are masked.

We count page views and clicks on phone and WhatsApp links on our own server. This measurement stores no cookie or other identifier on your device and sends no data to third parties.

• What is recorded: event type (page view, phone click, WhatsApp click), page address, page language, the position of the clicked link, general traffic source (e.g. search engine, ad, direct), device type (mobile, tablet, desktop) and date and time.
• Counting unique visitors: To tell repeat visits on the same day apart, your IP address and browser information are hashed one-way with a secret key that is generated each day and deleted at the end of the day. Neither your IP address nor your browser information is stored in these records, and visits on different days cannot be linked.
• Retention: These records are kept for at most 24 months.
• Note: A click on a link doesn't show that a call was made or a message was sent; we don't measure that.

• wpt_lang (language preference): Only set when you choose a language in the language switcher, to remember your choice. It contains only the language code (tr, en or de) and lasts 1 year. As it is strictly necessary for a function you explicitly request, it doesn't require consent; you can delete it in your browser settings.
• Apart from these, we use no cookies for advertising, tracking or profiling.

When you call us or write on WhatsApp, we process information such as your name, phone number, messages and the documents you share in order to respond to your request and provide our consultancy service. WhatsApp is a service of Meta Platforms; your conversation on WhatsApp is also subject to WhatsApp's own privacy terms, and data may be transferred to servers abroad. If you prefer not to use this channel, you can call us. You don't need to share ID or passport images in your first message.

We don't sell your personal data or share it for marketing. Where the service requires it, it may be shared with your employer to carry out the application, with competent authorities where legally required, and with the hosting provider of the server running this site.
